Marc Legman launched Legacy Property Group, LLC in 2001 specializing in Tenant, Landlord and Investment services concentrating in Bergen County, New Jersey. Marc has transacted millions of square feet on behalf of landlords, tenants and investors.
Prior to founding Legacy Property Group, Marc was an auditor for Arthur Young & Company from 1982-1985 and a commercial real estate broker at Grubb & Ellis Company from 1986-2001 where he specialized in tenant, landlord and investment transaction services.
Mr. Legman holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Real Estate from New York University where he was an Associate Adjunct Professor in Real Estate from 1998-2001. Marc is a Certified Public Accountant.
